Why do I have to pre-purchase an item?
By pre-purchasing a product with us you will have first priority from our shipment. Barring any manufacturing mishaps/shortages/acts of God, you are essentially guaranteed the item you pre-purchased. Your pre-purchase will be shipped the day the item will arrive, unless there’s a specific release date instruction provided by the publisher/manufacturer.
Do you require a prepayment for a pre-purchase item?
Yes. All Pre-Purchases are charged immediately, unless otherwise specified. This will lock your order in. For some products we request only a 30% up-front payment. If the product you want is expensive and it’s not immediately available, you can choose to pay in monthly installments.
What if the price changes?
Our pre-order promise guarantees that in case the item you had its price lowered, then we will refund the difference. If it gets higher, you will not be charged anything extra.
What if I order multiple items, both in stock and pre-purchase
In this case we’ll break the order into separate shipping groups. Each one will be dispatched as soon as stock the product(s) will be in our warehouse and ready to ship. If there are shipping charges, you will be charged independently. If you want items to dispatch as soon as they come in, please consider separating your orders.
What if I want to group pre-purchases based on the release date?
That is fine. However, please have in mind that all release dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee dates as everything depends from the manufacturer/publisher.
Are the availability dates accurate
Unfortunately, these are estimated dates given to us by the publishers/manufacturers. In many occasions there may be delays with production or delays with customs. Please note there are many factors which may cause a delay on a product’s arrival. You can also check with us by contacting us – our team is more than happy to assist you and explain the situation.
What if I placed a combined order and one of the items is delayed?
If an item is delayed beyond a month, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you
What if you are short-shipped and do not receive all of your products from the publisher/manufacturer
Unfortunately, we have no control over how manufacturers distribute their inventory. On some cases there are worldwide allocations and we have items canceled. In this case we will contact you immediately to remedy the situation.
What if I want to cancel a pre-order from your site?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a pre-order. A pre-order locks you in and guarantees your shipment. Please do not proceed with any orders unless you are 100% sure that you want the item.
What if I still want to cancel my pre-order?
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your order. However, please note that pre-orders placed over 14 days ago cannot be cancelled without incurring a cancellation penalty charge. If you wish to cancel your pre-order after 14 days have passed, a cancellation penalty charge of 25% of the minimum item’s price will be applied. Depending on the manufacturer’s policy, there might be additional charges. This is to cover the costs associated with processing and handling your order, as well as the potential impact on our inventory and the manufacturer’s production schedule. Please note that this cancellation policy applies only to pre-orders placed over 14 days ago. If you need to cancel a pre-order that was placed within the past 14 days, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss your options. We understand that situations may arise that are beyond your control, and we will do our best to work with you to find a resolution. However, we ask that you keep in mind that our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality products and services to all of our customers.
How long will it take you to ship out my pre-order once it’s received in your warehouse?
Most pre-orders are dispatched immediately as soon as they are released. We know you want your item so we do anything in our power to make sure you will have it the soonest possible. If you have any questions you can always contact us.

Do you accept international Orders?
Yes! We are more than happy to make customers – and friends from all around the world (we guess this automatically rejects the flat earth society)!

How are you packing the orders?
We’re always ensuring that all the orders leaving our warehouse will arrive to you in a perfect condition. We use the most environmentally friendly packing materials possible as well.
How can I track my order?
Ah, that’s a piece of cake! Make sure you’re signed in to your account and see tracking information for the items that have been shipped. Can’t find anything? Feel free to contact us! If by accident we didn’t include any info we’ll be happy to provide it as soon as possible!
Local (Cyprus) Shipping Rates:
All orders are fulfilled by Akis Express and are free of charge island wide. It usually takes one working day for your order to reach your nearest Akis Express location. For home deliveries, delivery times may differ according to season. Always make sure you have your tracking number with you. You can contact them by calling 77771777 for any questions regarding your parcel.
International Shipping Rates:
We’re shipping orders with EPG or EMS. Delivery dates may vary, but on both occasions, we provide tracking number so you can trace your orders.
Please allow 6 to 10 business days for your in-stock items to arrive
All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Team please email sales@gamersboulevard.com if you wish to make a return. Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return. Terms and conditions of manufacturer’s warranty apply to defective video games systems and computer hardware after 30 days. Non faulty goods or incorrect items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Faulty software or pre owned hardware can be returned up to 3 months after date on which it was dispatched. Faulty new hardware can be returned for a like-for-like exchange up to 12 months after the date on which it was dispatched.
We do not accept returns of:
- Any product(s) returned more than 30 days from the date on the packing slip.
- Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any product(s) not in its original condition.
- Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is missing parts.
- Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.
- Any product part of an offer/promotion returned to us we will charge the full price for the other items as a result.
Please do not send us product(s) that have not been authorized for return with our Customer Service Team and that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-authorized returns and non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
Customers are advised to check the specifications of their PC prior to the purchase of PC games as we cannot exchange or refund non faulty PC games. If your PC does not meet the requirements of a PC game, the game is not deemed faulty.
Game Protection once purchased is non refundable
We do advise all customers who are experiencing issues with hardware to contact the manufacturer in the first instance. The majority of issues can be resolved over the phone through troubleshooting with the customer care lines. Promotional Discounts and Returns: Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any products that are part of this offer will then be charged at full price as a result.
If you return any product to us, please obtain a proof of posting receipt from the Post office.
If the reason for your return is due to our error on our part with your order or a faulty product, we will refund your postage costs. If your return was not authorized by our Customer Service Team before you sent your return back we are not responsible for refunding your postage costs. Any faulty product not deemed faulty once tested you will be charged the return postage cost to return this product to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If the price drops online on an item you have pre-ordered after you have placed the order, you will be charged the lower price and the difference will be issued as a refund or a credit note.
If the price goes up on an item you have pre-order after you have placed an order, we will charge you the original, lower price.
We are not going to penalize early orders – this is our Pre-Order policy!
